Office/Personal Assistant for Designer of Custom Window Treatments
Successful Window Treatment Retailer is looking for a part time Office/Personal Assistant. Someone who can work closely with the principal designer/owner on the daily administrative duties to keep our growing business running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is technically savvy, smart, hardworking with great common sense. Window Covering knowledge and experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are hiring based on personality.
Job Responsibilities
Answer phones, inquiries and schedule in home appointments
Set up and maintain organized client folders
Act as Job Coordinator, sourcing vendors and materials
Correspond with clients, vendors & workrooms
Setting reminders and following up on progress
Maintain & organize design studio, including files and sample library
Accounts payables and receivables
Be prompt and look professional
In time, accompany principal on outside sales calls
Requirements
Proficient in Windows, Excel, Quickbooks & Google Chrome
Proficient in social media,
Quick to learn new programs
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance with a reliable vehicle
