Role Description/CriteriaSt Monica's College is a Catholic co-educational College (Years 7 - 12) serving the northern suburbs of Melbourne and is governed under the authority of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS).Our College is located on three metropolitan campuses in Epping and Reservoir, and a rural campus, Ostia, in Strath Creek for spiritual retreat. Epping campuses are walking distance from each other and the Epping train station. A vacancy exists for a Junior Receptionist to join a supportive and engaging work environment. This is a part time permanent position, working three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Commencement is as soon as possible.Hours of work are 8.00 am to 4.36 pm with one hour for lunch. - Greet and welcome guest as they arrive and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
- Attending to student, teacher and parent enquiries
- Distribute telephone and other messages to appropriate staff
- Input of data
- Filing
- Receipt fees and other and other income and distribute receipts
- General Administrative duties.
- Excellent people skills
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are essential
- Prompt and Reliable
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- First Aid certificate is preferred.
