You will ensure smooth operations, providing exceptional service to students, staff, and families while contributing to the delivery of high-quality educational programs. Key Selection Criteria:To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of a Diploma Qualification or relevant Certificate IV in administration or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture, values, and the issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
- A commitment to MacKillop’s values and objectives, with the ability to represent the organization positively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, able to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
