Position: LPN/RN Supervisor 4pm-12pm
Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne
Location: Melbourne, FL
Shift: Full-Time, 4 PM - 12 AM
Salary:
- LPN: Up to $34/hr (based on experience)
- RN: Up to $40/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and ensure high care standards.
- Staff Guidance: Mentor and support nursing staff to meet job expectations and deliver exceptional care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist with facility surveys and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular rounds to maintain and improve nursing care standards.
Qualifications:
- LPN or RN License: Must hold a valid Florida LPN or RN license.
- Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with a preference for managerial experience.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven skills in leading and motivating a nursing team.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective team collaboration and quality patient care.
