Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various aspects of litigation, ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of legal processes.
Duties
- Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Write and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Manage case files and maintain organized records for ongoing litigation.
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
- Monitor deadlines for filing documents and ensure compliance with court rules.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Proven experience working in a law office or legal environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal case management processes.
- Familiarity with Personal Injury is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail for drafting legal documents.
- Ability to file documents accurately within required timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
