Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead and manage residential design-build projects in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential architecture, with the ability to oversee projects from initial concept through construction completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead multiple residential design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control at every stage of the design and production process.
• Design Development: Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs and comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating design concepts and project progress, and addressing any concerns or modifications.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and project managers, as well as external consultants and contractors, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Construction Administration: Oversee the construction phase, conducting site visits to ensure projects are built according to approved plans and specifications, and addressing any on-site issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the design and construction process to uphold the firm's standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect in the state of Florida, or on track to be licensed. Licensing opportunity available. 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential architecture, with a proven track record of managing design-build projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with the unique architectural styles and environmental considerations of South Florida.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.
