Your mission : perform daily cleaning and tidying of public areas of the hotel as well as report any damage or issues to your immediate supervisor.
What You Will Do
- Perform cleaning and preparation of common areas, ensuring the good condition of the facilities and furniture, using the necessary cleaning products, tools, and materials.
- Check the daily functioning of all public areas, electrical appliances, and equipment in general.
- Provide and replenish public areas with necessary amenities and supplies.
- Report any anomalies, damage, or malfunctions detected, describing them in detail so they can be repaired following the established procedures.
- Organize and maintain the office and cleaning cart in perfect order and cleanliness, keeping track of the stock of supplies, linens, and materials according to established procedures.
- Return any items left behind by guests to the Housekeeping Manager
- Comply with department-specific regulations and those related to occupational health and safety within the cleaning area.
- Participate in department meetings, offering suggestions to improve management and organization.
