Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location : Hybrid in New York City (3 day in-office requirement)
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Product Management or Strategy
- Experience in top-tier banking, consulting or leading corporation within a partnerships or product management capacity
- An understanding of how to build consumer facing experiences and how to balance business needs with longer term improvements and technical investments
- Experience building and scaling out external partnerships within the financial industry, including scoping technical programs, products and capabilities
- Strong payments knowledge and understanding of payment systems. Deep understanding of how banks and large companies operate to be able to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Experience working cross-functionally across various business segments, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with external partners and senior leadership around strategy, insights and execution
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to negotiate pricing effectively.
- A metrics-driven mindset, able to analyze and drive decisions through KPIs.
