Certification Details CPR ARRT (R) Job Details Melissa Memorial Hospital is looking for someone to join our team as a Radiology Technologist. The ideal candidate provides high quality imaging procedures to our patients, consistent with the quality and expectations required of all Radiology Technologists. New graduates are welcome to apply MAMMO TECHS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY They will review requisitions and exam forms to determine the type of exam that is required for each patient. They must be able to think critically in order to determine how to accurately position patients while determining exposure factors in order to obtain a high-quality image. The Radiology Technologist will also perform standard Radiographic exams with the use of a Digital Radiography and C-Arm. Willingness to enter the On-Call rotation once fully acclimated to General Radiology, CT. Job Requirements Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology. Must be a Registered Technologist credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist R.T.(R) (ARRT) in good standing. Current CPR certification is required. Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) and / or MRI (MR) is preferred but not required. Must be willing to cross train into CT as well as become ARRT CT certified with 1 year of employment. Schedule Information Willingness to enter the On-Call rotation once fully acclimated to General Radiology, CT.
