ROLE DESCRIPTION : Melissa Snively - State Farm Agent is searching for an outgoing and organized individual who can recognize service opportunities and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships. As our Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and help market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate Team Member.

Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work with the agency Team to meet goals.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Desire to help customers.

Ability to effectively relate to customers.

4-40 or 20-44 is needed within 90 days of hire date.

Proficiency in MS Windows office suite.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
