What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Mellow Mushroom Athens?

As Busser, you’ll set the stage for service, clearing tables and help servers attend to customers. You’re a team player who would rather stay busy than sit on your hands and watch a clock. If you're not already, you'll become a multitasking pro. Best of all, with this experience and a great attitude, this role could lead to more opportunities, like becoming a server. And did we mention the pizza?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help us provide a clean, pleasant, and Mellow dining experience for all guests
- Set all tables with proper plates, glasses, utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Clear tables when guests are finished (happy) and prepare tables for new arrivals (excited)
- Support wait staff by assisting them with guest needs; refill water and iced tea glasses; replenish utensils
- Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a clean and sanitary environment; sweep floors,
take out trash, and pay attention to all surfaces
- Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station; take pride in everything you do at work
