What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Food Runner position at Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers?

As Busser, you’ll set the stage for service, clearing tables and helping servers attend to customers. You’re a team player who would rather stay busy than sit on your hands and watch a clock. If you're not already, you'll become a multitasking pro. Best of all, with this experience and a great attitude, this role could lead to more opportunities, like becoming a server.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help us provide a clean, pleasant, and Mellow dining experience for all guests
- Set all tables with proper plates, glasses, utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Clear tables when guests are finished and prepare tables for new arrivals
- Support wait staff by assisting them with guest needs; refill water and iced tea glasses; replenish utensils
- Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a clean and sanitary environment; sweep floors, take out trash, and pay attention to all surfaces
- Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station; take pride in everything you do at work
