Duties

- Implement effective training programs for staff, focusing on food service best practices, bartending techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and address any concerns promptly.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management principles.
- Experience in training development and team leadership is essential.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
