RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes to strict sanitation requirements
- Operate the dishwasher as needed; keep the dish storage, service line, and prep areas organized and clean
- Enjoy the fast pace of our restaurant; the dishwasher’s pace is critical to turning tables and keeping up with rushes
- Keep an eye out for any repair needs; report them as necessary
- Monitor, empty, and clean all trash and recycling bins
- Be comfortable standing for long periods of time as well as lifting/loading up to 40 pounds
- Assist kitchen staff and follow instructions to keep operations moving as smoothly as possible

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
