Residential Counselor Overview

You'll support each student's educational journey by teaching functional living skills, fostering socialization, and enhancing communication abilities. Residential Counselor Schedule and Salary Information
- Second shift and weekends
- $28-$30 per hour

Residential Counselor Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Education, Human Services, or Psychology Preferred)
- Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
- Experience with specialized populations preferred
