Job Title: Hospice Sales and Marketing Support (Entry-Level)
Job Summary: The Entry-Level Hospice Sales and Marketing Support role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience. This role focuses on enhancing brand recognition and increasing the company's visibility within healthcare facilities and the community. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support outreach efforts and build strong relationships with potential referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting hospice services by introducing the company's mission and values to healthcare facilities, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Conduct site visits to healthcare facilities to deliver promotional materials and introduce the company to staff and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a consistent brand image and deliver key messages to target audiences.
- Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and informational sessions to promote awareness of hospice care options.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of marketing activities, tracking outreach progress, and generating reports.
- Assist in planning and coordinating educational programs and seminars to inform healthcare providers about hospice services.
- Gather feedback from facilities and community partners to assess brand recognition efforts and suggest improvements.
- Develop a foundational understanding of hospice care and end-of-life support to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and community members.
- Enthusiasm for learning about hospice care and promoting compassionate end-of-life services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel locally to healthcare facilities and attend occasional events outside regular hours.

- Reliable transportation for site visits and community outreach events.
