Caregivers Homecare

Duties

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.

Skills

• Experience in senior care or home health settings is preferred.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other disabilities is a plus.
• Familiarity with home community care practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate nature with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to follow care plans accurately while adapting to the needs of clients.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining consistent support for clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
