About the Role:
As our next Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be the voice behind the content that fuels the social media presence of our clients. You’ll be crafting posts, stories, and reels that not only showcase our clients as experts in their field but engage audiences in ways that leave a lasting impression. You’ll help shape content strategies, stay on top of the latest trends, and ensure every piece of content connects with the right audience. If you’re passionate about social media and have a sharp eye for trends, this role is tailor-made for you!
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Own and manage multiple monthly content calendars, keeping everything organized and on schedule.
- Collaborate with our talented design team to create platform-specific content that stands out.
- Craft content strategies that hit all the right notes: educational, entertaining, and informative—all while keeping the brand voice authentic.
- Contribute to our editorial calendar and help execute dynamic campaigns across platforms.
- Get hands-on with creating Reels, TikTok videos, and other trending content that drives engagement.
- Monitor and adjust content based on performance metrics and industry insights.
- Be a social media trendspotter, always on the lookout for opportunities to take our strategy to the next level.
- Show clients the importance of social media presence—and help them shine!
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field is nice, but not a dealbreaker.
- Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- A way with words: Excellent copywriting and editing skills to create content that resonates and sticks.
- A creative mind that knows how to translate ideas into shareable, clickable content.
- Research skills to understand client needs and industry trends and adjust accordingly.
- Data-driven mindset: You know how to analyze content performance and optimize accordingly.
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools), with experience in content creation and design.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Experience creating social media content across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Video creation experience (whether personal or for brands).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- Familiarity with creative platforms like Capcut and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Facebook Ads and social media optimization strategies.
- B2C social media experience, especially in content creation.
