Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role entails converting incoming leads into new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position is available in our Virginia Beach, VA office or remotely. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their initial impressions of our firm. We seek a passionate and competitive individual who excels in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
• Employ active listening and effective interviewing techniques to demonstrate empathy and understand client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with internal partners to build sales pipelines and facilitate deal closures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
• Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous calls per day.
• Proficient in corporate productivity software, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and presentation abilities.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and managing time efficiently.
• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience, required.
• Some college education, preferred.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
• Total Comp Potential: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
