PT Service Manager - Store 15

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of PT. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of store management, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage shifts, including scheduling staff and overseeing their performance.
• Operate cash registers accurately and handle customer transactions with professionalism.
• Assist in training and developing new team members to maintain high standards of service.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and organized.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including reporting and documentation.
• Utilize strong math skills for cash handling and inventory assessments.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and leadership.

Experience

• Previous experience in supervising or shift management is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and store management practices is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop training programs for staff development.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on inventory control.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and staff clearly and professionally.
