Our company is looking to hire a Transaction Specialist for three locations. A Transaction Specialist manages and oversees all aspects of the real estate closing process, from document preparation, to file balancing, to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the title insurance industry and a thorough understanding of real estate transactions. The individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all parties involved in the transaction process, including agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire real estate transaction process from document preparation, to file balancing, to closing
- Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the transaction process, including agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure that they are informed throughout the transaction process
- Guide clients through the transaction process, answering any questions they may have and ensuring they understand all aspects of the transaction
- Draft all documents related to the transaction, including Warranty Deeds and Affidavits for attorney review
- Manage and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the transaction process
- Schedule and facilitate closings with all parties involved in the transaction
- Keep up to date with changes in the real estate industry and adjust processes accordingly to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Interpret title commitments and clear title requirements
Requirements:
- Title experience, with a thorough understanding of real estate transactions, including real estate contracts, mortgage loan instructions, and title commitments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers
- Excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Title software applications (SoftPro experience preferred)
