The Clinical Manager prepares staff schedules, requests, and allocates resources and ensures that patient care is aligned with the goals, mission, and vision of Tufts Medicine. Hours: 40 hour/week Qualifications: Job Description Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). 2. Massachusetts RN Licensure. 3. Four (4) years of RN experience in a Trauma Center. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) 2. Two (2) years of Management Experience. 3. Six (6) years of RN experience in a Trauma Center.
