About the Role
The Clinical Administrative Coordinator works in coordination with the Clinical Nurse Manager/Director to ensure that work is accomplished safely and effectively for assigned units.
The Coordinator will be responsible for developing nursing staff through mentoring, coaching, and education, providing clinical support and leadership, managing patient flow, and supporting emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop nursing staff through mentoring, coaching, and education
- Provide clinical support and leadership
- Manage patient flow
- Support emergencies
Requirements
- RN Massachusetts license required
- BSN degree
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification
- 5 years of nursing experience, with at least one year as a charge/lead
- Critical Care Experience
