Company Overview : Melt House is a premier sauna lounge located in the heart of Bozeman, Montana. Our mission is to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, helping them melt away stress and tension. We offer a variety of sauna experiences, as well as other wellness services, to promote overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all operational aspects of Melt House, including but not limited to : scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Manage and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members.
