Job Description:

MELT Ice Creams is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Event & Fulfillment Team Members. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for not only creating delightful experiences for our customers at events but also ensuring our stores are well-stocked by delivering ice cream and dry goods throughout the DFW area. Job Responsibilities:

• Serving Ice Cream: Provide exceptional customer service by serving our delicious ice cream flavors at events and festivals. Interact with customers, answer their inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Driving and Fulfillment: Load ice cream and dry goods at our kitchen and deliver them to our stores across DFW based on their weekly orders. Safely operate company vehicles, adhere to traffic regulations, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Set-Up and Breakdown: Assist in the setup and breakdown of event booths and food truck operations. Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers at events, answer questions, and create a positive and friendly atmosphere for our customers.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, provide change, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event and delivery schedules.
• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
