Job Description:

MELT Ice Creams is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Event Team Members. As a member of our event team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers at various events and locations. If you have a passion for serving delicious ice cream, driving, and interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

* Serving Ice Cream: Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, scoop and serve our delicious ice cream flavors, and provide exceptional customer service at events and festivals. * Driving a Company Vehicle and Food Truck: Safely operate company vehicles and food trucks to transport ice cream products to event locations. Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. * Set-Up and Breakdown: Setup and breakdown of event booths and food truck operations. This includes arranging displays, handling equipment, and ensuring the area is clean and organized before and after events. * Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, answer their questions, and provide recommendations on ice cream flavors and products. Create a positive and friendly atmosphere for customers to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements:

*Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. *Ability to operate company vehicles and food trucks safely and responsibly. *Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. *Excellent customer service and communication skills. *Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. *Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. *Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus.
