What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Assistant position at Melting Pot Corporate Restaurants?
Upon polling our guests, we found that our main concern was that they might be forgotten. Our servers spend a great deal of time at the tables performing and taking care of our guests. Pre-bussing tables, refilling water glasses or coffee glasses, bussing and bringing guests fresh glasses of tea or soda are just some of the tasks performed by a service assistant. It is the Service Assistant’s job to be at the right place at the right time to ensure the Perfect Night Out.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a busy environment.
