What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Specialist/Service Assistant position at Melting Pot Restaurant?
The Melting Pot of Grand Rapids is looking for hosts (hospitality Specialists) and server assistants with a desire to learn and work other positions in the restaurant. This is a fun position that does involve seating guests, bussing tables, running food and drinks and setting up food trays in kitchen to deliver to our guests.
We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and friendly professionals to promote and maintain positive guest relations. You must be a positive, consistent, and goal-oriented role model to other staff and guests. Applicant must be dedicated to providing genuine hospitality to all guests and team members.
Must be available 3-4 day/evenings a week including weekends. (we are open at 12:00pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 4pm weekdays
Restaurant experience helpful but not totally necessary. We can teach people with positive attitude and willingness to work and be dependable.
Hourly pay plus nightly tip share for Server Assistants.
