What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Assistant/ Busser position at Melting Pot Restaurant?
We are looking for individuals that love working in a fast paced environment! The Melting Pot in Lyndhurst, next to Beachwood and in Legacy Village is searching for new team members that are looking for a part time or full time restaurant position with evening availability.
We have a team based, collaborative work environment focused on working together to provide our guests the perfect night out. If you love hospitality and being an integral part of above and beyond service, we would like to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety
- Assist service team with food and beverage service
- Perform team service as instructed by team leader/manager
- Refill water glasses
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes, empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, etc.
- Maintain silverware service, replacing as needed
- Complete all side work as assigned in a timely manner
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability
This is a great position for individuals with beginner experience in the restaurant industry, though restaurant experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
