Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic host/hostess which we call our Hospitality Specialist. As a Hospitality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing the perfect night out for our guests through providing exceptional experiences starting from the moment someone calls to book a reservation to ensuring tables are properly set for our guests to celebrate their most special moments from anniversaries, birthdays, graduations to marriage proposals. You will be responsible for promptly answering phone calls, taking reservations, confirming reservations, and creating guest profiles to ensure we have all of the information needed to create the perfect experience for every guest. Your ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Use OpenTable to take and confirm reservations, create profiles with the crucial information to help create the perfect night out for each and every guest.
- Recommend celebration packages and retail.
- Greet guests warmly and acknowledge special occasions and celebrations.
- Set up tables with any purchased packages prior to guest arrival.
- Seat tables and introduce menus and current promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front entrance, menus, and anything within the guest line of sight.
- Communicate to service staff when tables are seated in their section along with all necessary reservation notes. Communicate with management any service issues or gaps in service.
Requirements
- Must be energetic, friendly and outgoing.
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming practices; must convey professionalism.
- Exceptional hospitality with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.

Pay: $11.70/hour tips
Starting position is part time, Fridays and Saturdays are required as well as all major holidays. Looking to fill position immediately.
