SUMMARY
We are assisting a client who is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead all financial and daily accounting activities, collaborate with the CEO, President, and VP of Operations to offer strategic financial guidance. This role involves overseeing professional accounting tasks such as preparing and reviewing budgets, financial reports, month-end statements, P & L statements, and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the company's accounting tasks, including internal controls.
- Ensure financial and accounting functions follow best practices.
- Coordinate and execute the financial strategy and reporting.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly GAAP financial statements for all hotels, including budget variance analysis.
- Oversee the Company's overall Accounts Payable function.
- Manage and supervise the Company's comprehensive Accounts Receivable billing and collection processes.
