In this role, you will ensure the companys financial health, manage profit and loss, streamline processes, and ensure compliance. This role suits someone who values precision and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Youll report to executive leadership, lead a finance team, and make a significant impact by improving systems and driving efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee profit and loss management, payroll, and HR-related financial processes.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Create, analyze, and present financial reports.
Enhance financial systems and processes.
Contribute to planning strategies for business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least five years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in related industries.
Proven record of success in QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and other financial tools.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial compliance.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in team management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience.
Bonus: based on performance.
Benefits: PTO, health, life, dental, vision insurance, and retirement accounts.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as required. On-site as needed.
