Our client is looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer to join their dynamic team at their full-service hotel committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment.
- Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Certification in HVAC is preferred or a willingness to achieve certification within 12 months of hire
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
