SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a new Director of Sales for their property in York, PA. Leading the sales team in driving sales, marketing, and product development programs to new heights for their 170 room property that offers over 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and develop the Sales team to drive top line revenue goals
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies-including online.
· Create sales budgets and supervise advertising and promotional activities
· Innovate strategies for product positioning, packaging, and pricing
· Expand existing accounts and cultivate new business opportunities for both Rooms and Catering departments
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven record of leading a hotel sales team.
· Five years of hotel sales success, business and group success preferred.
· Displayed understanding of market with distinct demand generators.
