Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Instalador de Appliances to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various appliances in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough inspections of appliances to ensure proper functionality before and after installation.
• Provide product demonstrations to customers, showcasing features and benefits.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation processes and address any questions or concerns.
• Supervise junior team members during installations to ensure adherence to company standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in appliance installation or related fields is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
• Experience in product demos and collaboration sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
