What are the responsibilities and job description for the OR RN Ambulatory Surgery Center Per Diem position at Melville Surgery Center?
Currently seeking a Per-Diem OR RN. We are open Monday to Friday; 8 hour shifts. NO HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. Our cases start typically at 7am or 730 am. We have four OR's and a procedure room.
Our specialties include: orthopedics (knee arthroscopy, shoulder arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, hip arthroscopy, partial/total joint replacement, ORIF various fractures, various hand surgeries), ENT (tonsillectomy, tympanostomy with tubes, sinus cases, septoplasty), ocular plastics, cataracts, podiatry, gynecology, general surgery (open hernia repairs, lap cholecystectomy, lap hernia repair) and pain management. We are a fast paced surgery center that runs very efficiently thanks to the great team that is here!
