Construction Company is seeking for the following in a candidate to:
Answer and place phone calls
Maintain different types of logs: submittals, RFI, CO's
Send out estimates and bills
Maintaining payroll hours for employees
Filing
Data entry
Job costing of credit cards
Print out blue prints
Order office supplies
Open mail Daily
Assist in all daily operations as needed
Provide Contracts to subcontractors and track logs
Maintain Office Operation & Procedures
Maintain Insurance Certificates current for Prime and Subcontracts
Fill out forms for submission as required
Excellent Customer Service in person and on the phone
Candidate must be well organized, attention to detail, a fast learner, be confortable with multi tasking, deadline conscious and computer savvy.
Required Proficiency in: MS Excel, MS Word, Quickbooks Outlook - internet savvy
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm -- Monday to Friday
