Clinical Services Coordinator

At MEM Scepter Home and Behavioral Health Care, LLC, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to patients of all ages. We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time hybrid/onsite position involves seeing a caseload of 25 patients per week. Clinical supervision is available, including group supervision. As a Mental Health Counselor at MEM Scepter, you will be expected to perform various duties, including conducting patient sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, providing telehealth services, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. Meet with Patients: Conduct patient sessions, meeting with a minimum of 5 patients per day, providing counseling and therapeutic services in accordance with treatment plans developed for each patient.
2. Create Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, assessing their needs, progress, and overall mental health.
3. Document Progress: Maintain accurate records, documenting patient progress, treatment notes, and any relevant information in compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality requirements.
4. Offer Telehealth Services: Provide remote counseling services as needed, utilizing a secure and private environment for virtual sessions.
5. Collaborate with Providers: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
6. Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to all relevant HIPAA guidelines and regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
