In this role you will be responsible for developing, recommending, implementing, and coordinating the company's marketing program. As well as formulating product marketing, advertising, and promotional items and developing and delivering sales and marketing programs to credit union staff. You can expect to learn something new and build on your design, marketing, and mortgage industry knowledge for the first 6-12 months of this position as each day will be an exciting new learning opportunity as no two days look the same within our Marketing department.

Responsibilities:
- Designs Company and credit union partner marketing materials. Develops, designs, and works with vendors to create and update the company website and marketing materials.
- Creates email and social media outreach promotions including, but not limited to, graphic imaging, constant contact, and copywriting.
- Assists in advertising and sales promotions. Coordinates advertising programs and collateral materials.
- Encourages social media participation amongst eligible credit unions and staff members. Monitors online activity and carries out MFM's social media strategy to promote the organizations brand and mission.
- Represents the Company; promotes the Company to credit unions and works with them to maintain positive relationships. Develops and delivers target credit union packets and surveys.
- Assists in the implementation of the promotion of Company products and services.
Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office and/or remote office setting.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen, to use hand to finger, to speak in and listen carefully on the telephone.
