Member Splash is a recreational facility management platform that offers a suite of tools for automating member registrations, payments, front desk check-ins, class and team registrations, facility reservations and much, much more. We serve customers throughout the US and are expanding rapidly. We are based in Southern California with a distributed team here and abroad. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through our support ticket system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and technical issues regarding our platform, WordPress, and Gravity Forms.
- Assist customers with MySQL queries, PHP, CSS, and integration with third-party platforms like Zapier and MailChimp.
- Provide clear and concise responses in written communication.
- Collaborate with our development team to escalate and prioritize customer issues.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions to common customer challenges.
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.
