Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, and familiarity with social media for daily management.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Handle office management duties including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with office management procedures is a plus.
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to run errands during shift.

Aesthetician, preferred but not required.
Phlebotomist, preferred but not required.
Medical Assistant, preferred but not required.
