MEMCO is hiring an Administrative Assistant (Construction) in Miami, FL!!
Pay: $20/hr
Part-time or Full-time; Monday-Friday
Starting ASAP!
MEMCO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy Construction office specializing in Scaffolding. This position is based at our Customer's branch location, which serves as the hub for all materials and logistics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally.
- Draft and organize contracts, proposals, and other documents.
- Coordinate schedules and maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
- Assist with purchase orders and material tracking.
- Support team members with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Requirements:
- Pre-employment Drug Screen.
- Background Check.
- Local to Miami-Dade area.
