Shift: Mon-Fri 8-5p; Sat 9-1p

Job Description:
MEMCO is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Counter Sales Associate to provide top-notch customer service and product advice for hydraulic and industrial hose products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-person and by phone.
- Recommend and sell hydraulic/industrial hose products.
- Process sales accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a neat, well-stocked sales counter.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams.
- Restock and assist with inventory counts.
- Promote new products and offers.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Sales or customer service experience (hydraulic/industrial hose preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- POS system and basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma (additional training is a plus).
- Pre-employment Drug Screening
