What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC PROGRAMMER OR OPERATOR position at Memco?
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Doosan 480 CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Follow strict safety and quality control guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably experience on Doosan 480.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Own set of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting CNC machinery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to start on day shift (6 AM - 6 PM) and transition to night shift (6 PM - 6 AM) after training.
