Pay Range $24.00 - $30.00 / hr. – Negotiable
Length on Assignment : Temporary to Permanent assignment.
Shift : 1stShift – Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager Assistant with AutoCAD experience to support our Project Managers in delivering high-quality glass installation projects. Our customer is a leading company in the glass installation industry, specializing in the DFW areas, with commercial glass projects and architectural glazing. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD to help prepare and review project drawings, schedules, and documents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of glass installation projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD to assist in preparing detailed drawings and layouts for project specifications.
- Review and modify project plans, drawings, and timelines to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
- Help track project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Prepare and submit progress reports for internal and client meetings.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and changes.
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
