Pay Rate starting at $20/hr (based on experience)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer Service
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Previous experience with QB, AP, AR, Billing, expense reports, HR, Biding, and Procurement.
