MEMCO is hiring for Commercial Scaffold Builders in Savannah, GA!!
Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm; OT available
Pay: $20- $24/hr; based on experience
As a Commercial Scaffold Builder, you'll play a vital role in constructing and maintaining safe work environments on various construction sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scaffolding: Build and dismantle scaffolds according to blueprints and safety regulations.
- Safety: Prioritize safety, conduct regular inspections, and mitigate risks.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with construction teams for efficient project completion.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and inspect equipment, reporting any issues.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work, inspections, and maintenance.
What you need:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing
- Own safety harness
- Scaffold building experience
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Blueprint reading skills
- Attention to detail and safety commitment
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications (preferred)
- Willingness to travel.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position
