MEMCO is hiring for Commercial Scaffold Builders in North Charleston, SC!
As an experienced Commercial Scaffold Builder, you will play a crucial role in the construction industry by assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures for various commercial projects.
- Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm; OT available
- Pay: $20- $25/hr; based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Build and take down scaffolding safely and correctly.
- Follow safety rules (e.g., OSHA) and inspect scaffolds regularly.
- Work with construction teams to meet project needs.
- Maintain and repair scaffold equipment.
- Solve problems and adapt to changes on-site.
- Keep records of work and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and own harness.
- Experience in scaffold building (commercial/industrial preferred).
- Know scaffold parts, safety standards, and how to read blueprints.
- Certifications a plus.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
