Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Superintendent- Commercial Construction to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Location : Corpus Christi, TX or willing to travel.
What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent-Commercial Construction , you will :
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring projects progress efficiently.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to control costs.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Lead weekly jobsite meetings, including safety briefings, to ensure team alignment.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and issues.
- Review construction plans and address discrepancies to avoid delays.
