Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring projects progress efficiently.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to control costs.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Lead weekly jobsite meetings, including safety briefings, to ensure team alignment.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and issues.
- Review construction plans and address discrepancies to avoid delays.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Experience: A proven track record in commercial construction management or supervision (5-8 years).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software, including ProCore, and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Safety Knowledge: OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Communication Skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
